Home Food Preservation Canning Boot Camp – Linn

Whether you are new to home food preservation, or you just need a refresher on something you’ve been doing for years, this home food preservation canning “boot camp” workshop can help you preserve food safely and efficiently.

Three methods of home food preservation will be included: pressure canning (vegetables/low acid foods), water bath canning (salsas) and steam canning (sweet spreads).

This is a hands-on workshop, so you’ll be able to practice what you learn! You will leave this workshop with multiple finished food products to enjoy.
