Description
The Home Gardening Webinar Series is to assist beginning home gardeners with successfully growing their vegetable garden. Learn all the basics from planning the garden, seed starting to diseases and insects.
All sessions run from 6:30pm to 8:00pm
Mar 25 – Session 1: Planning the garden
Apr 1 – Session 2: Seed starting and sourcing plant materials
Apr 8 – Session 3: Cool season crops
Apr 15 – Session 4: Alternative gardening methods (includes container, raised bed, square foot)
Apr 22 – Session 5: Crop fertility (includes making compost)
Apr 29 – Session 6: Warm season crops
May 6 – Session 7: Diseases in your garden
May 13 – Session 8: Insects in your garden
May 20 – Session 9: Herbs
May 27 – Session 10: Perennial and specialty vegetables
